LINGER SECTIONAL, LEFT ARM CHAISE
LINGER SECTIONAL FABRIC OPTIONS
SUMNER CEMENT: Sumner looks like classic linen, but its upcycled polypropylene yarns make it highly durable and stain resistant. A Revolution® Performance Fabric with GREENGUARD Gold Certification®, kids, pets, stains and sun are no match for this timeless, inviting fabric.
SOLE GREY: Comfortable and stylish, Sole’s soft boucle yarn brings a sophisticated texture to any room. Woven in the U.S. with durable polyester, this family-friendly fabric is easy to clean. Sole gives your room the unmatched comfort and performance you expect from Room & Board.
SIZE: 78W X 16D X 29H I really like this finish, called ASH WITH SHELL STAIN, which is a beautiful greige. It comes optional with other finishes and hardware as well.
ACCENT TABLE/COCKTAIL OTTOMAN
END TABLE: Fabric wrapped table in gray menswear pattern. 24H X 22 ROUND
I love the textured wrap in greige!
OTTOMAN: I would match fabric of ottoman to the fabric you choose for sectional. I selected this one because the size is perfect for your space. SIZE: 31W X 26D X 17H
I chose this decorative tray because of the colors. Beige, whites, and grays would blend really nicely with the furniture selections. You can add some pop of color here with a bouquet or decorative items. SIZE: 24 ROUND
BARSTOOL AND FABRIC
This is a swivel barstool that can be customized and designed with your preferences for fabric and legs. I selected this GEO BLUE SUNBRELLA fabric for it's durability, an interesting pattern that would work really well ( I love the angles on the fabric and it mimics your living room shape somewhat). I also love the contrast between light blue and white. I selected gray legs and also a contrast welt fabric to accentuate the chair even more.
CHAIR LEGS: DOVE GRAY
WELTING FABRIC: Canvas Taupe Sunbrella
BUILT-IN SEATING FABRIC AND ACCENT PILLOWS
This light blue fabric (or something similar) would be my first choice for your built in seating area. A solid color with texture and just a little movement can bring in a little bit of color in your space.
COLOR: Pale Ocean
I chose this wooden table for it's functionality. The top opens up to both sides for added table surface. I would chose this one if you decide to reuse your live edge counter top for your new mantle. The wood tone on this table would balance the mantle and create a cohesive space.
If you decide to use a different mantle style for your new fireplace, you could use this c-table. I chose this one because your current window seating has silver legs, so this would work well with that. I also love a marble top, which brings additional natural element into your space.
RUG AND ART
My favorite thing about this rug is the larger scale texture. This would work amazingly if you chose SOLE GRAY sofa fabric, as it would create a gorgeous texture contrast between the sofa and rug.
On your plan, I added a 9x12 rug, 8x10 would still work. (This one comes in 8x10 only)
This is the same art I selected for your initial concept. I think this abstract blue is gorgeous, it creates an interesting color pop, yet will not take away from the beauty of the outdoors.
SIZE: I didn't measure between your windows, but if you have room for the larger one, I would definitely purchase this size: 27.75W x 47.75H.
If your space is a little more narrow, then 19.75W x 29.75H
Here is another option for a pale blue rug that comes in 9x12 size.
